In order to provide an effective alternative for efficient management of dermatophytosis, we evaluate in vitro the antioxidant and antiradical potentials essential oil dry flower buds Syzygium aromaticum its antidermatophytic activity against Epidermophyton floccosum Trichophyton soudanense, For this purpose, was obtained by hydrodistillation through a Clevenger apparatus were evaluated ferric reducing power (FRAP) trapping ABTS•+ radical methods, respectively. The evaluation made agar incorporation method. results showed that reduced iron (Fe3+) ferrous (Fe2+) more significant manner than BHT (reference antioxidant). Moreover, twice greater BHT.
